Beautiful Venue:
“The Den” offers a versatile and spacious venue that can accommodate up to 100 guests when seated or 120 when standing. Our elegant, well-designed space is perfect for any event, from birthday parties to corporate gatherings.
Fully Equipped Kitchen:
Our facility is fully equipped with two ovens, a microwave, a sink, an island bar, and a refrigerator, giving you everything needed to cater your event effortlessly. You have the flexibility to bring your own food or hire a caterer to suit your preferences. Additionally, you can select items from our catering menu or opt to provide your own food. Alcoholic beverages, such as beer and wine, are available for purchase at our camp store or can be brought from offsite; however, please note that we do not provide servers for these drinks. All functions are carefully coordinated by our Activities Director and documented on a Banquet Event Order (BEO) to ensure a seamless experience.
Entertainment:
We’re not just about space; we’re about enhancing your event experience. “The Den” features one large screen TV, offering endless entertainment options and visual displays to create the perfect atmosphere for your gathering.
Pool Access:
For an additional $15 per person, your guests can enjoy access to our sparkling pool. Whether you want to cool off, soak up some sun, or relax by the water, our pool is here for your enjoyment.
Outdoor Grill:
Love outdoor cooking? Our outdoor grill is at your disposal, allowing you to prepare delicious BBQ or grilled treats for your guests.
Pricing:
Monday – Thursday:
- $175 per hour
- Guests are allowed 30 minutes prior to event and 30 minutes after event for setup and cleanup.
- Minimum reservation of two hours
Friday, Saturday, Sunday:
- $250 per hour
- Guests are allowed 30 minutes prior to event and 30 minutes after event for setup and cleanup.
- Minimum reservation of two hours
All Rentals:
- $125 Security Deposit
- $125 Cleaning Fee
Minimum reservation of two hours. Rental fees do not include access to the park amenities.
