Family Weekend at Texas A&M
Come together and experience the Aggie spirit with our Family Weekend at Texas A&M! Whether you’re a proud Aggie or just visiting, this special weekend is all about fun, family, and football! Kick off the weekend with a tailgate party featuring great food, games, and plenty of Aggie pride. Get your family into the Texas A&M spirit with crafts, face painting, and games that show off the school’s maroon and white colors!
On Saturday, join us for a family-friendly pre-game event where you can take part in fun football drills and skills competitions before heading to the big game (or cheering from the resort if you prefer to stay close). We’ll have live music, lawn games, and a special viewing party for those who can’t make it to the stadium.
After the game, keep the family fun going with a “Maroon & White Movie Night,” a Texas A&M trivia challenge, and delicious Aggie-inspired snacks. Whether you’re cheering for the Aggies, exploring the campus, or just spending quality time together, Family Weekend at Texas A&M is the perfect way to make lasting memories with your loved ones.

Whiskers & Wags Fest
Get ready for a tail-wagging good time at Whiskers and Wags Fest—the ultimate celebration for pets and their families! This event is all about our furry friends, with a fun-filled day of activities, games, and plenty of opportunities for bonding with your pets.
Start the festivities with our “Paws Parade,” where you and your pets can show off your best costumes and strut your stuff down the runway. We’ll have doggie play areas with agility courses, fetch challenges, and even a “Pup Talent Show” where your furry friends can showcase their best tricks and talents.
For the humans, we’ll have pet-friendly food trucks, pet care workshops, and craft stations where you can make toys, treats, and accessories for your pets. Don’t forget to snap a cute photo at the “Whiskers and Wags” photo booth to capture the fun memories!
Whether you’re a proud pet owner or just love animals, Whiskers and Wags Fest is the purrfect event for everyone to enjoy a day full of wagging tails, playful paws, and lots of love.

Eggs-ellent Easter Extravaganza
Hop on over and join us for the Egg-Cellent Easter Extravaganza—a fun-filled day packed with springtime activities, egg hunts, and lots of Easter cheer! Start the celebration with our famous Easter Egg Hunt, where kids of all ages can search for colorful eggs filled with surprises and prizes.
Enjoy a visit from the Easter Bunny, who will be hopping around for photos and handing out special treats. We’ll have fun crafts, including decorating your own Easter baskets and making bunny ear headbands, along with face painting and games like “Bunny Hop Relay Races” and “Egg and Spoon Races” for all ages.
Don’t forget to join in our family-friendly “Egg Toss Challenge” or cool off with some sweet frozen treats from our Easter-themed snack bar. Go Green Getaway
It’s time to celebrate the beauty of nature and our planet with our Go Green Getaway! Join us for a weekend dedicated to sustainability, eco-friendly fun, and outdoor adventures for the whole family. Start the day with a “Green Thumb Gardening” workshop, where you can learn how to plant your own mini garden or start a composting project to take home.
Explore the great outdoors with a guided nature walk, where you’ll discover local wildlife, plants, and eco-friendly practices to help protect our environment. We’ll also have an eco-friendly craft station where you can make upcycled art and fun green-themed projects to take home as souvenirs.
For a bit of friendly competition, join our “Recycling Relay Race” and see who can sort the recyclables the fastest, or participate in a family scavenger hunt to collect natural items from around the park. We’ll wrap up the weekend with a “Solar-Powered Movie Night” under the stars, where you can enjoy a family-friendly film while learning about renewable energy and green technology.

¡Olé! Get ready to spice things up with our Viva la Fiesta celebration—a fun-filled day of vibrant colors, lively music, and festive activities for the whole family! Celebrate the spirit of Mexican culture with delicious food, lively music, and plenty of dancing.
Start the fiesta with a family-friendly “Piñata Party,” where everyone can take turns trying to break open colorful piñatas filled with sweet treats. Enjoy crafting at our “Sombrero Decorating Station,” where you can create your own fiesta hats, or join in a “Maracas Making” workshop to create your own musical instruments.
Get your groove on with a “Fiesta Dance-Off” featuring Latin-inspired tunes and a special salsa dance lesson for all ages. And don’t forget to sample some delicious tacos, churros, and agua fresca from our food vendors, or take part in a “Taco Tasting Challenge” to find your favorite flavor.
With games, music, and plenty of festive fun, Viva la Fiesta is the perfect way to enjoy a day of culture, family, and celebration!

Moms Reign Supreme
This day is all about celebrating the amazing women in our lives—our moms! Join us for Moms Reign Supreme, a special event dedicated to honoring mothers with a day full of relaxation, pampering, and family fun.
Start the celebration with a “Moms’ Relaxation Zone,” featuring calming activities like chair massages, DIY spa treatments, and a cozy area to unwind. For the kids, there will be a “Mom Appreciation Craft Station” where they can create special handmade gifts, cards, and tokens of love to give to their moms.
We’ll have family-friendly games and activities like “Mom & Me Relay Races” and a “Mothers’ Day Tea Party,” complete with delicious snacks, tea, and fun conversation. To make the day even more special, we’ll host a “Supermom Contest” where kids can nominate their moms for their unique talents and qualities, with prizes for everyone!

Get ready to explore the great outdoors at Wilderness Wonders Weekend—an adventure-packed event celebrating the beauty of nature! Whether you’re a seasoned hiker or a nature newbie, this weekend is full of fun, educational, and hands-on activities for the whole family.
Kick off the weekend with a “Nature Scavenger Hunt,” where you’ll work together to find local plants, animals, and other natural wonders hidden around the resort. Join a guided “Wilderness Walk” to discover the flora and fauna of the area, while learning about the importance of conservation and wildlife protection. For the little adventurers, we’ll have a “Junior Ranger” program, complete with a badge and certificate for completing nature-based challenges.
Get creative with outdoor crafts like leaf pressing, rock painting, and building birdhouses, or test your survival skills in our “Family Obstacle Course.” We’ll also have fun games like “Nature Relay Races” and “Animal Tracks Matching,” perfect for family-friendly competition.
At the end of the weekend, gather around the campfire for a “Wilderness Campfire Storytime,” where you can relax, roast marshmallows, and listen to tales of adventure and nature.

Honoring Sacrifice With Gratitude: A Memorial Day Dedication

This Memorial Day, we come together to honor the brave men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Join us for Honoring Sacrifice with Gratitude: A Memorial Day Dedicated, a special event filled with meaningful activities that show appreciation, remembrance, and gratitude for our veterans.
Start the day by participating in a “Letters to Veterans” activity, where families can write heartfelt notes and letters of appreciation to honor those who have served. These letters will be sent to local veterans’ organizations and military personnel, letting them know their sacrifices are never forgotten.
We’ll also have a “Moment of Remembrance” ceremony, complete with a flag-raising, a moment of silence, and an opportunity to hear stories from veterans and their families. For children, there will be an interactive “Veterans History Booth” where they can learn about the sacrifices made by heroes and understand the true meaning of Memorial Day.
Enjoy patriotic-themed crafts, such as making American flags or creating “Thank You” cards for veterans, and participate in family-friendly games like “Patriot Relay Races” and “Veteran Trivia.” A special feature will be a “Wall of Honor,” where families can pin up photos or names of military heroes they’d like to remember, creating a shared space for reflection and respect.
As we close the day, gather around for a Memorial Day BBQ, where we’ll continue to celebrate and honor our heroes with delicious food, music, and a sense of community.

Biscuit’s Wag-tastic Color Run

Get ready to run, walk, and wag your way through a colorful adventure at the Biscuits Wag-tastic Color Run! This fun-filled 5K event is perfect for families, pet owners, and runners of all levels. Bring your furry friends along for the race as we turn the course into a rainbow of color and excitement!
Start the day with a warm-up and pre-race party, where you can meet other participants, take fun photos, and get your race gear. Then, it’s time to hit the colorful course! As you run or walk through the 5K, you’ll pass through vibrant color stations where you’ll be showered with safe, non-toxic colored powder—turning you into a walking masterpiece!
Along the way, enjoy fun “Puppy Pit Stops” where your dog can take a break, grab a drink, and get a quick treat. At the finish line, celebrate with a splash of color and a special medal for all participants, plus a “Best in Show” prize for the most spirited pet-and-owner team!
After the run, join us for a “Wag-tastic” celebration with music, food, and activities for all ages. There will be dog-friendly treats, fun games like “Fetch the Color Ball,” and a “Paw Print Art Station” where your pet can make a keepsake of the day.

Dive into the fun and kick off the summer with a splash at our Splash into Summer event! This action-packed day is all about cooling off, making a splash, and having fun under the sun with your family and friends.
Start the day with a Giant Water Balloon Fight, where everyone can join in the fun and soak each other with water balloons, or test your aim at the Water Gun Target Challenge. For the little ones, we’ll have a Mini Sprinkler Play Area, perfect for running through rainbows of water and staying cool.
For the more adventurous, take part in our Slip ‘n’ Slide Relay Race, a thrilling, slippery challenge that’s perfect for families and teams. We’ll also have a Poolside Dance Party, where you can groove to your favorite summer tunes while keeping cool in the water. And don’t miss the Ice Cream Social where you can indulge in delicious frozen treats and stay refreshed!
To round out the day, join us for a “Splash and Dash” Family Relay or participate in a Water-Themed Craft Station to make fun creations like painted water bottles, DIY beach towels, and more.
